Professor William Halal
Dr. Halal is Professor of Management at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. He is an authority on emerging technology, strategic management, and institutional change. Dr. Halal has consulted for General Motors, IBM, AT&T, MCI, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, International Data Corporation, several foreign companies, and various government agencies. His publications have appeared in several journals, including The California Management Review, Business in the Contemporary World, Strategy & Business, The New York Times, The Christian Science Monitor, Advertising Age, Executive Excellence, and The Futurist. He has authored five books: The New Capitalism, Internal Markets, The New Management, The Infinite Resource, and 21st Century Economics.
